Its my humble and sincere request with Godrej Royal Woods management team to take due dilligence with ways of working of your CRM. They are the face of Godrej and I am going through such an horrible, insane, pathetic and bullshit experience. Not pick up calls, even calling multiple times and on top come up with shocking responses. Always pop up when Customer feedback survey rolls out to get 9 or 10 scores. Then again vanish like holloman. God damm atleast somebody is reading this from Godrej management and will take some action in the positive direction. I am also the owner in Godrej ananda project and there CRM are too good. Specially Prayag a very responsible, bang on in his work and true gentleman. Ateast take some inspiration from him. Good project gets ruined just simply because of bad customer management thats whats happening in this project
