OC but No Possession for over 1 yr

Horrible experience and distrust the Godrej name now. Sold us a Jodi flat and then said flat can’t be joined. Got OC in mar23 and started our EMIs promised possession in oct23 but did not give possession till Sep24, over 1.5 yrs. Too expensive and not worth buying
