I also purchased the flat in Golden Opulence and now the property is rented now.
Now I am not living in India and in abroad due to my official needs.
Few of my friends also purchased the flat in opulence and few of them also in abroad.
By seeing the one of the review posted by this mouth shut viewer about the maintenance money not giving by the builder for the unsold flat and few more reviews about the contractors payment issue the builder can not sell and complete his construction activity for the next 5 years minimum.(This is due to the present market trent, ineffective team working in the sales team, the builder is not having fund to complete the project, may be he may not approach the banks also for the project funding.
If this is the case what about for the next 5 years. Why as a flat buyers we need to share our money for the unsold flat maintenance.The unsold flats also have the UDS area.The builder only needs to pay the money for the unsold flat.
The builder is not liberal during our flat purchase process. He charged interest for even 10 days late payment to me.
If the builder is able to maintain the premises without putting his share then he is charged the extra money with us.
We need to get the refund from him. I am already planning to send the request to the builder with proper backup document.
The already occupied flat owners need to start pushing the builder to put his money for the maintenance cost or he need to give the refund of the extra money collected.
Until that we should not leave the builder.
I have the doubt about the association president also.He knows about this well. Why he is not putting pressure on builder. That means he is getting some free service from builder.Otherwise he is having something in his mind to steal the money form the association account.
I am puting my experience in this forum is the new buyers needs to know about the builder before paying the money.
Some of the group members can be created from the already occupied owners and extend the help / information to the new buyers before they pay the money.If the all new buyers insist for the same for the next 3 months the builder can not ex-cap.He need to put his money without fail.
Letus work together and get the money for the unsold flats from the builder.
If we are not giving important for this now we need to suffer lot.
I will inform to my friends also who lives in abroad about this and they also extend the support to get the unsold flat maintenance money from builder.
If any one having any other idea to get the money from this builder let execute same without further delay.
Our Hard Earning money . Some one is cleverly stealing from us.
See my case I left my family in india and working alone in abroad for my future financial requirement. But silently this builder is stealing the money without knowing to me.
