Don’t purchase the flat even if they are selling for 10 Lakh. Use that amount for some other good purpose
The ceiling is very low(8.5’) and if you stretch your hand, it will be chopped off
They fooled BBMP and increased the building floors from 10 to 15 without any civil knowledge
They don’t have any parking space for cars/bike. Out of 248 flats, only 200 parking slots are available. Never ever buy this horrendous flat from scammers
Worst quality lift - You will have to climb stairs everyday in the high rise building
After using toilet, everyday you will not have water to wipe your asss
Drainage water flows on the ground / walking / parking area. Population control initiative from Scammers to kill kids / elderly people.
Flush water has already feces, urine and other bad smelling particles
There is no difference between public toilets and GRH toilets. In fact public toilets are better now a days
Swimming pool is another drainage storage. Another business model of GRGroup to increase hospital revenue.
Entrance gate itself a problem. Only stupids who smoked different kind of weed choose the worst type of gate. It cannot be closed/opened easily. You can easily meet accident and even die
During rains, water enters lift and you can easily die. Scammers another plan for population control-
Floor numbers and the numbers on the lift do not match. If your door number is 502, you will have to press 6th floor on the lift. Creates huge confusion for visitors, delivery persons.
