Currently Hallmark Silvanus project is nearing completion, my brother has purchased a 2bhk. In order to complete wood work in the flat, hallmark has asked to pay 10, 000/- for electricity bills. after wood work is done my brother and his friend have shifted to the flat now they have given electricity bill to him with that is around 2500/- .
Why did they ask for 10, 000/- payment when the bill would not be that much?
Why are they giving the bill even after paying 10, 000/-?
The builder has asked to pay GST of 1200 from that bill . How studpid is this? If the electricity bill was given then paying 2500 is no problem, but now we lost 10, 000 for god knows what and now we have to pay more?
These guys are cheaters and planning to go for consumer court on this, please join me everyone who are facing this issue.
