Problem regarding maintenance

I got the Apartment on time along with the Covered CAR Parking. But problem starts with the Payment for Common Area Maintenance.


It was advised to deposit monthly amount against CAM. Since the beginning, I had been depositing monthly payment on regular basis through NEFT at the specified Account with all details so that payment could be identified. After depositing the Bank receipt also been emailed for every month.


Since 2017 till today, I didn’t receive any single official receipt from them. Instead of recording the payment on regular visit, authority finds it simpler to send demand letter at a specific interval. Even they don’t think twice to even send legal notice.


It is absolutely surprising and offensive to send a demand notice to somebody who is paying on regular basis.


Even after contacting and resending the supporting Bank receipts, till date I didn’t receive any acknowledgment.


When email sent as reminder, make calls, their Accounts department behaves like deaf and dumb. NO REPLY.


Really don’t know how to settle this. No management representation is found in complaint Redressal system.


I like to draw attention of the Higher management of Riverbank Developers through this portal to interven in this long pending issue.


Hope they will.
