!WORST EXPERIENCE! BIG CHEATERS!
Fraudulent builder… Please do not buy flat here. I booked a flat on Jan 2019, which was supposed to be handed over by Dec 2020. There is no progress from last 1.5 yrs and also they have done dual sale agreement for 50 flats with third party. Recently the builder got into an agreement with a third party to carry out the construction of the project and we got to know that the third party guys have plans of constructing villas in the space that was allocated to amenities of our project as per the original plan.
