Quite frustrating. I have booked in 2019 and delivery was comitted in Dec 2020, possession not given work stopped since 1 year.
Builder is sending so many mails, sharing always plan and none of any is fulfilled. yesterday I came to know that HILife hired Ecolife and they are overriding old sale agreement with 250+ buyers .removing all the amenities and constructing villa.it’s a clear cheating and doing own ways.not sure how BBMP gave permission to construct 10th in DEF and how passed this villa plan.waste of money.be safe with this fraud builder and its partner ECO LIFE.
