Such a big cheater doesn’t think of buying flats with builder and waste your hard-earned money. this builder has cheated everyone who invested flats in his society.
Builder has done double registrations for 50 Flats and not responding to the owners call for any type of clarification to resolve this issue
No work since last 1.5 years
Most of the owners already paid 70-85% of total flat cost and they struggling to get Flat position which was promised in Dec’2020 as per agreement
Now builder is constructing Villas in the society in place of Amenities
