I travel to Pune often for work so staying near the Mumbai-Pune expressway was big plus. Panvel station is close and Mohape is even nearer. Roads here r wide and less traffic compared to city. At first I thought distance from Mumabi might be a problem but with all these infra plans, it won’t matter soon. Worth it for the peaceful life. And btw, parking area and building steps feel very strong, not like those rushed constructions you see sometimes.
