Please Don’t go and book villa or any building with this builders.We have booked individual villa in HAPPINEST INDIRA PROJECT near kellambakam around 2018 still they didn’t handover. Am paying EMI for the past 5 years, we approached the bulider but no response from them, instead of finishing the project they started threatening me, Worst builders and cheating, i recommend pls dont book any villas with this builder.Now they ready to give NOC.. please go and check the projects before booking...few houses are finished all of them took noc and finished it themselves. plz ask near by finished houses ...They even removed this project name from this comment option.Plz contact me, if u need to complaint on them .I already made a civil complaint on them.my number 994002xxxx
