So it’s the same time of the year and we are back to the same problem. One borewell stays non functional and the other functional bore is screwed up by the builder.. Result-: We are back to buying water tankers...The marketing guy while trying to sell any apartment would say that both the bores are functional..Rest apply your senses and do your homework before getting stuck over here

Only one borewell is functional as of now and water crisis is resolved as if now...Gym is completed among the amenities..Rest are yet to be completed..

Biggest and Pathetic mistake of buying this apartment.A ignorant and arrogant builder who is absolutely not ready to resolve the water crisis that this apartment has.Added to this none of the amenities have been completed till date.All we get are fake promises and postponed dates. Prospective buyers Beware.
