Beautiful complex with multi level common areas and greens. However, being at the end of the city, not many facilities available. I feel Victory Valley RWA should meet Urbana Owner’s association to allow for a small gate through common wall. Residents would be able to walk directly to the retail stores, movies, offices, restaurants, kids play areas, grocery supermarkets, salloons, etc. It would help reduce pollution and time as residents need not take out cars.
