Unnecessary charges, Seepage issue

I bought flat in Isha Misty Greens, builder charged us 1 year maintenance and then he didn’t pay it, at the end we have to pay maintenance again.

Soon after we got possession, there are seepage problem in our flat and builder is not fixing it. Almost every flat has seepage problem.

In all, I won’t suggest anyone to buy flat from "Isha Infra" group.
