Actually I purchased property in 2014. I share my experience about post sale team. When I was to take possession I approached to post sale manager for changes agrreed for Indian style commode .He denied the changes and moreover threatened me to charge additional money . Then spoke with sale person who was witness for change aggreed .He then aggred when sale person clarified . Latter on he called me to take possession but due to some pending work I denied but that man threatened me to charge additional interest on pending amount if i don’t pay money and take possession. Why should I pay if as agreed things of repair work is pending with . Builder is good but people like post sale team are non cooperative and take decisions arbitrary to suffer customer like me.
