I have booked flat in Dream World Joka project in 2018. Since 2021, Post Sales staff communication is very unprofessional. For small request, I had to followup multiple times over phone/mail. Responses do not come on time. They do not pick up calls neither they call back. I’m very much frustrated with this kind of attitude. Not sure if other owners are facing the same problem but my experience with this Post Sales team at Kolkata is not at all appreciated.
I request Dream World Project management to look into my request and get my problems resolved.
