Had a visit to Jain Group’s Dream one which is located in Joka. The price is affordable and the architectural design is good. I specially like the community hall and the multi gym. But I think it is located in an area where you might face transportation problem. But again it is very close to the proposed Joka metro and when the metro will start, the communication problem will be overcomes. However a smart invest for the future.
