Dont wast your money in Jain

I have bought a flat and paid 75% and waiting for the flat for more than a year after committed date


There are issues that builder has with the association and hence failing to delver my apartment as per agreement.


However observed a shady behavior of Jain, right from MD till the marketing agent.




  1. When I wanted to cancel after the intial 10% payment, because jain then told me I have to pay for maintainence for the last year though I did not even sign the agreement which was neven informed earlier. Jain simply sent a mail that they will hold the entire 10% i.e . 10 lakhs even before the agreeement




  2. Issue to deliver as per agreement is on Jain, but he still says we cant deliver this flat and tried to sell bigger flats after an year of discussion and hikes the prices. And this he says as if he is doing a favour




  3. For other changes, I said u have agreed and I have bought there is an email. He simply said " u might have bribed my employees to get this mail . I cant honour any mails" . This was stated by Sandeep jain who is the MD himself. and the marketing team says at the time of agreement "any changes we agree will be out of the sale agreeement and will be done as changes" .






HOW DO WE WANT TO BELIEVE A BUILDER WHO SAYS I DONT BELIEVE MY EMPLOYEES? CLIENT IS BRIBING THEM? He does not confide in his employees. Why should we believe this builder? He is trying to escape stating my employees will commit anything to do a sale.




  1. one of the persons bought and gave an inital advance and immediately cancelled it within a week. Still he did not get his money and is still requesting Jain.




5 IF you want ot let your hard earned money into a gutter, jain is the way to go. I am literally suffering . I ahve bought 2 tehr flats but never faced this kind of attitude . Jain tema has a setiour attitude issue and onlyy beleive "We are alwyas right " and harrassment to the customer is their right once they recieve the money.


I have proofs for everything said above but am still struggling for an year.
