Worst builder of Pune. The quality of work is horrible. All the tiles in my flat have literally popped up and that isn’t just my flat, 12 out of 18 flats in my society are facing the same problem.
Took maintenance fund from us while giving possession and the fund was never deposited into the bank account of the society and the money wasn’t returned to us either.
When my mom called them about the issue first of all they never respond and then when we contacted one local influential social worker to interfere the builder started threatening us on phone.
Please think 1000 times before buying homes from these cheaters.
