, I don’t recommend due to the following reasons.
1) Lack of interest from management when existing customer comes with a concern.
2) Higher management is not at all thinking about existing customers while making crucial decessions.
3) Not treating the customers as customers once the registration is completed.
I feel like , I made a wrong decession by giving business to a firm whose dosen’t deserve.
