I am from kanha city and I have very bad experience here. The builder had promised lot of things but he didn’t fulfill basic things either. Lifts are of bad quality no maintenance plus lot of pending work. He is not ready to handover maintenance money taken from each society members while booking the flat and now we all are suffering so I suggest whoever is taking new property from kanha group to please think twice
