This review is particularly about one of the owners in this Apartment "not about the builder or about the apartment"

I saw a add in nobroker where one of the owner has posted the rent house. When I contacted them they said it’s rented out already and I just requested them to remove the add from the nobroker. I just clearly stated "it’s a request" so that we both of us can save our precious time., she just started shouting on me saying what is the problem for you it’s my wish or decision whether to remove or not. I completely agree it’s their wish but she could have spoken in a normal way but she didn’t instead she started shouting and behaved in a very unethical and unprofessional way. I never thought there will be owner like this who behaved like uneducated in such a big community. Very bad experience with her. Attaching the owner details she might be his wife or someone.Very rude behaviour, unprofessional and unethical she doesn’t know how to speak to people.

Even though they take a huge sum for maintenance charges, the amenities and facilities are not being taken care off.

This place is near the railway station and this has caused us problems because we cannot really sleep well in the night.

This is such a remote area to live in. They said that we will have all the facilities and amenities in the building since it is far away from the main hub of the town but they did not give us what they promise and we have to travel quite a bit to even buy vegetables.
