I bought 3 bhk flat in KG good fortune 2019. Worst building quality I never seen. Yes you will not aware the building quality before the handover. Same way I come to know the quality after the building handover. One wall got completely fell down while doing wood work in one of our neighbour house.
This is our first house. We can’t able to place single nail in the wall that is the quality of building. We are tried four times to place single hook in the wall for door curtain wall it gets shedding.
You could able to see cracks in the pillars as well. Don’t take risk your life with this building quality. Poor STP design and worst electric wiring. Facing electric leakage in bathroom taps. Parking space is not sufficient and poor allocation of single parking.
Laptop charger burned due to worst electrical wiring.
Management will not hear you anything once you giving booking amount. So please stand away from these guys.
