I approached the developer with lot of hopes during their prelaunch phase but I found them very unprofessional people. As soon as you book by paying the booking amount, sales guy won’t respond you properly. Till today I haven’t received any receipt of the booking other than confirmation mail. I followed up with Sales Team multiple times, they just dodged my questions saying I’ll receive after launch. I dint get any receipt even after launch as well. By this time, I had lost interest and started looking other projects in the area. Once I found a better one, I sent them cancelation mail and asked for refund. I got my acknowledgement asking for bank details which I provided to the CRM team. Till today I have sent multiple mails asking for the status of refund with timelines. All I have received is lame response without any timeline even after 100+ days of cancelation.
I would suggest everyone to approach them with caution and take timelines in written before booking in case if you cancel for whatever reason in future. If you already in a boat like me, approach the Karnataka RERA or Consumer court for your grievances.
