Have purchased the flat with them. But after sometime they started showing true colours. They do not give correct construction progress same person same photograph for each building. They illogically ask for brickwork payment before even constructing slab. They do not allow visiting no way of ensuring construction quality whether their appointed 3rd party mixing cement with salt. Also never buy on future promises the roads they promised from ubale nagar side is not available for kaleido residents all our hard earned money is now stuck, don’t buy or else you’ll get stuck in Sada dukhi raho!! state.
