Find it hard to believe that such a huge developer takes time to complete a premium project. While booking, the sales guy promised completion by Aug/Sep 2022 but now they are telling me Mar-2023.
This is apparently because they got an extension from RERA due to COVID and PMC inspection will take time. The customer service is simply doing lip service and we still don’t have an exact possession date. Should have brought elsewhere something that’s ready for possession.
Don’t go by Salesperson or even what is shown in RERA because these guys can bend any rules in their favor.
