Phase 2 - no possesion

I booked flat in phase 2, with 50% downpayment in 2014 and Builder promised possesion in 2016. But it’s 2018 and NO construction is going on.


Most likely builder is bankrupt or planning on cheating big time.


As government is rediculous and helps only builders, this is painful experience.
