The quality of construction is worst to the core that water leakage is there in the top floors ceiling, walls are not constructed with bricks 3. The STP is one of the worst and is available just for name sake, foul smell will be there most of the time in the so called treated water 4. The lift will not work most of the time and worst architecture of it causes water gets filled in and go in to maintenance 5. The worst architecture of it you can see it in walls are so close with the neighboring house 6. The quality of all the things are not good and you will have to repair/replace all the things like pipe, electricity boards etc within a year. 7. The houses are not vasthu compliant.
