Side visit not given , something fishy

Visited lodha Amara on December 2018,

Once you visit they come up with there sales tactics, buy don’t give you a actual site visit since they know there is something fishy (a big nalla).

If you think as a investment purpose , then your money is total waste, they charge you 81 lac for 1bhk and rent you get on that flat is 13000max if you negotiate very good , Soo 13000 - 10000 maintainence charge = 3000 per month.
