Lodha is great at marketing and misleading customers. Their project is already late by over 18 months, but they wouldn’t consider a single instalment delay by a customer. Our money over 1.5 crores can be used interest-free by them, but buyers can’t make a single instalment slightly late.

They have to have robust businesses always, to be able to pay Lodha’s extra interest. On top of all this, they use the cheapest imported kitchen materials, and doors and granite stone. And their top local management keeps using their AGREEMENT to justify everything, without any moral standing.
