I had a very bad experience with Lodha . I booked a flat in their upcoming project - Lodha Belmondo in Pune. The application was approved by their sales manager .The price was subsequently hiked and they decided to cancel my application citing some flimsy technical reason.
It was evident that the company wanted to maximize the profit and didn’t want to go ahead awith their earlier commitment. It was simply unethical behavior on their part. The project as such is overprized and Lodha is using all marketing tactics to attract the customer.
However, I urge fellow investors/home buyers not to fall prey to their marketing gimmicks and invest their hard earned money in an unethical company like Lodha. As a matter of fact , I heard of many similar complaints by many consumers against Lodha .
