I had booked a 1 bhk flat at Casa Bella Gold, Dombivali in March 2011. As per the agreement, Lodha promised us the possession of the flat in Sept 2013 but in August somewhere they sent us the Postponement letter stating due to some reasons possession of the same will be given in Sept 2014.
Now we have paid almost 95% of the flat cost through Bank to Lodha and paying interest since last 3 years. Recently when we visited the site, we found only slab works are under process and according to my knowledge itll take more 1 & half year minimum to give us the possession.
If they cant give us the possession on given time then why the hell is they putting a burden of bank interests on us. We have not even got a chance to see the flat. Every time they said that work is in progress you can not see the flat. The project is almost 6 months delayed.
If the customer for any reasons fails to pay slab installment even one day before due date, Lodha directly charges 18% pa to us and now they have delayed almost 6 months and no penalty to them as they have already safeguard themselves in agreement by taking 1 to 2 years of extension without any penalty.
New thing they are charging is civic governance charges Rs 51000 /- and 32000/- for the township development charges. Why should we suffer paying such high amount, they are the ones who is developing the township they should bare the cost?
Why we should pay other then society charges? Pls suggest what we should do on civic governance charges.
In short, we can call them NAAM BADE AUR DARSHAN KHOTE, so pls request you to think twice before booking flat in Lodha. They are not trustworthy.
