Fraud company

I booked my flat in casa rio project. first they promised me that they will give me the keys by  nov 2012..and then they postponed it to june 2013 and in last week of may they said. They will give the flat by april 2014..in the agreement they said the developer can postpone the flat by one year and when I demanded them to give me the rent for the rest of the time.


They showed their back and said even lodha is suffering losses.They gave the reason of LBT  for the delay...but no LBT was there in month of nov 2012. Why should I pay for their mistake. They all are fraud and cheaters..should nt ’ve booked my flat there.
