There are issues with allotment of parking. The sales personnel promised one covered parking which looks will be replaced by an open parking area which could be closer or away from the apartment.
Do double check with customer service people on parking allotment to avoid disappointment!
I recently booked a 2bhk apartment at Lodha casa paradiso Hyderabad. There was an accidental mistake in drawing first installment check with was proactively brought to the notice of the company. For a delay of 2 weeks this caused I have been charged a penalty plus check processing fee.
There was also initial confusion in allocating the right apartment which was resolved by customer service. Also, due to the delay in the handing over of apartment I would be shelling out more rent for my current accommodation and loosing interest on my payments. So expect slip ups from the company but customer cant afford to miss even a single day of delay in payments which is very unfortunate!
