One thing I would say is be very careful before buying a flat in any Lodha project they have a good marketing team that will tell u all big things and promise quality stuff but when u actually c the flat(not the show flat) u will c the reality of such builders. Never buy flats in booking even after seeing the flat check the quality of the material used and check the clauses in your contract. Overpriced and there are too many hidden charges. Show flats are made very well by hiding all the negative points don’t buy flat by just looking at the show flat. Windows, room size, bathroom all very disappointing
