Mr Lodha and his treatment of customers

Mr Lodha is a big builder, or at least he thinks he is. After having been pursued for a week, I gave in and agreed to visit his new project at ’new Cuffe Parade’ which is on the way to Chembur and in the middle of nowhere. After getting there, I was told I will need to meet the sales manager who will brief me about the ’project’ and before I can meet him I will need to fill in a form. Too many important people wasting my time, Mr Lodha. Not the right way to make friends and influence people.
