I have not yet received the flat as they are delaying it with no final dates, and as usual the agreement that they made is never in the favor of the customer .so I would suggest the new buyers who are planning to do so think of these th.ings before they invest their hard earned money.
They start behaving very strangely after they already had taken more than 60-70% payment .they stop work for any reason like no approval from concern authority or anything stupid .but they don’t reveal this before taking the payment.now I got trapped after paying major part of the flat cost.
