I have dealt in many properties in real estate & trust me, I have never come across such an unprofessional company as LODHA till date. Just to remind you, I have paid more than 11 lakh rupees to you & you are not even bothered to tell me what is going on with my apartment. First you made me run for the receipts of my payment, every second month I keep receiving an email for a change in my Relationship Manager & now you are just sitting on this issue & doing nothing.
