I request property buyers/investors not to fall in the trap of lustrous offers and adds projected by Lodha Pallava. They will take you to 4D virtual tour which is good enough only for the entertainment purpose, while they won’t take you to the actual site. Even If they take you to the site it won’t guarantee that you would get the same flat.
Their diverse pricing aspects are so ambiguous that though it looks very attractive but varies case by case as if you are out to purchase vegetables in the market.
Still, I am getting regular calls from numerous sales gangs from Pallava which is very annoying.
Before opting to invest in the property first get the reviews from other people who reside there and from web forums. There might be cases where few residing in Pallava would give you positive feedback, don’t rest with that and get reviews from all sources.
