Really painful I am an Nri, invested a month back in LODHA PALAVA paid 20% upfront and as promised registration in Dec 2014 traveled to Mumbai, unfortunate no news yet of registration after going through the process of paying stamp duty and registration.
They market their property abroad but don’t have any idea or care little to help the customer when it comes to the registration process.
I did complain a lot but of no use I don’t think they really care, A big let -down to the big promises made at the time of booking.terrible mistake.
I hope they don’t take their customers for granted when they have a famous personality as their brand ambassador.
