Alia Lodha Group was one of the best developer and builders group Maharashtra but now they don’t read their customers well they do fake promises to the customers and try to gain customers but later on they never treat their customers with good. Earlier they were having a lot of Fame in the building world but now they have lost it all. They don’t have a well organised infrastructure which may provide bad experience of life to their customers. I have recently visited lodhas project in palava city and I was shocked by their performance the same thing they have repeated here no maintenance of there Infrastructures no or organised workers or not organised staff for the maintenance. They don’t have any interest after buying flat from them. I don’t recommend you this as I had a very bad experience with lodhas group.
