Boldly stated call free no.02266429988 on Lodhas, Palava city website is not free, then why is that displayed FREE on the top of the website?
This gives an eyebrow raising impression to the customers investing in highly hyped Palava project.
I called on that number thinking its free, speaking with the customer support representative, asking briefly about the Palava project only to get a message later that 20 Rs has been deducted from my balance.
I was disappointed. I mean, if you say nothing is free than atleast don’t lie to the customers stating that its a free number.
