Lodha's Palava Project

Lodha’ palava is an idiotic project. Here are the reasons:




  1. approx 40mins from the nearest station i.e Dombivali




  2. No power back-up for lifts, if there is no power get ready for stairs(trust there is no 24X7 supply)




  3. Not worth an investment, there are many other projects coming up in vicinity with reliable builders.
