It is a very bad experience buying so called dream home with Lodha group. Everything is just fine before booking and even before registration. Lots of hidden terms and conditions, hidden charges. Top of that GST is big headache for under construction properties. If thinking of buying home, don’t even think for under construction property now. Best to buy ready possession homes(OC received). There is no clear idea of GST implementation. No proper response when queried about GST.
