I have taken 2BHK flat in lodha upper thane. Lodha such a big builder cheating to there residents and not listening at all.
Lodha committed to give three AC in 2 BHK typology but given only two AC. & Very poor quality material used in my flat. More than 30 times I complained but no one listening. There are several other issue in this project, other than commitment like
No internet, no mobile network, full of traffic, not easy to commute. My huble request not to take flat in lodha project. Because after agreement they will not listen to you. This is my personal experience which I thought to share. I am staying in lodha upper thane from past 3 months and it’s hell
