Reviewing Logix Zest, there are many pros and cons regarding the residency and flat. First of all, the location is far away from Delhi and outside society, there isn’t anything much to see. The amenities provided in the society are good which include a swimming pool, gymnasium along with other basic necessities.
I was shown 3 BHK Flat which was very good. Quality materials were used and everything was in its place. The price starting was reasonable also but the biggest disadvantage is that the handover would take a long time. Keeping time frame of mind, Logix would be a nice option.
