Vijay Shanthi - Lotus pond Apts is a peaceful and calm community outside city hassles with all needed amenities like gym, 247 security, children’s park, play area, elders park, sports courts , groceries/veggies shop, super market, salon, etc. Also it has Apollo clinic inside community for the residents. Water is perfect and no shortage during peak summer as well.
Nice sea breeze and serene view right on the OMR main road, few say it a nice retirement place but I would call it a nice, safe and calm family community.
