M3M team is making fool as I struggled for 5 months from seepages in my complete house in each and every wall to lift issues to cleaniness and no commitment from crm to sales and no ownership and no commitment.
Sr Leaders like Mr Deepak Kapoor mentioning that there role ia just to take money and no understanding of commitment and customer pain.
What a great behavior. Still waiting for resolution of my issue raised for maintenance as they have all emails of commitment but till now noone taking ownership.
