Pros: M3M Sierra Marina is most budget friendly condo of Gurgaon. Being an owner of 2 units in this complex, I can say I am more than satisfied - Amenities like lake/water body, Salon, Needs shops, Chemist, etc. all within the complex. Petrol pump is right next to complex and local shopping is available at Badshahpur and Tikli road.
Club, Cafe, common areas are superbly maintained when you compare to other condos in the locations like Tulip etc. Power backup is 100% and efficient, there is a sea of change in security implementations measures which is now fairly strict and responsive. Society culture is great - All festivals are celebrated together as in a cohesive society. Kids enjoy the sports facilities and Seniors the breakout areas throughout the complex.
Cons: CRM, Management, Estate manager don’t respond unless pushed hard. Lifts sometimes are under maintenance leading to delays. Recycled water supplied to toilets is still not great and needs attention. But as with any new condo, things improve with time. I have seen a big change in last 2 years and hopefully will improve even further making it one of the finest budget living condos in the city
