All i can say nothing so special about them. I am staying in a rented apartment at M3M Escala where they don’t have metered electricity connection and hence forcibly charging GST on DG supply give to customers, many issues with lifts stopping intermittently and casual security. For investment also, M3M natura the agreement was delayed by 50days while they only have given 60days time to pay but now they are reluctant in sharing mail that no delayed payment applicable. Have been writing mail since 20days before due date but they did not reply even once. Only relationship managers will keep calling so that they don’t document their fault. I hope you would agree this makes them just like everyone else.
